Advertisement/Marketing Matching Grant Program
Purpose: To Enrich & Enhance the Downtown Main Street District through Advertisement & Marketing
This program would support initiatives that work toward improving knowledge and visibility of the Downtown Main Street District. This could include, but is not limited to, wayfinding/kiosks, street signage, street banners, creation & distribution of marketing packages to area businesses like hotels to direct visitors/business travelers Downtown, advertisement media sent out to the neighborhoods, banners advertising Downtown East Point in other communities, advertisement of upcoming events in Downtown via brochures, post cards and the like. Matching grant funds are available, up to $1500 per year. (Ex: If a group offers $500, we will match it with $500, and so on, up to $1500).
