To preserve and enhance the downtown area as the heart of
East Point, communicating a sense of place, community pride and heritage, while providing for a successful business and
Business of the Month
Nineteen years ago, Ethic, Inc. partner, Wayne Whitesides, took over as the President of the Dick Lane Velodrome and instantly fell in love with the uniqueness and potential of the Tri-Cities. Soon after moving to East Point himself, Wayne opened Ethic at the Wagon Works in Downtown East Point in 2004. After moving out for a stint, Ethic moved back to East Point and purchased their current location which is conveniently located next to the airport, restaurants and walking distance to MARTA.
Ethic is a full service advertising and brand marketing agency - from naming and logo design to collateral and websites (and everything in between) - they are a one stop shop. Specifically, their services include: print; branding and brand management; identity and collateral design; interactive & broadcast advertising; retail, environmental & package design; website design & development.
Ethic has a very diverse mix of business partnerships, from mom and pops in need of a new logo, regional start-ups who need a voice for their new fledgling brands, or some of the world’s largest corporations who need a fresh, external, perspective. They regularly work with companies like The Weather Channel, Cartoon Network and Macy’s, however, some of their biggest clients are companies you’ve probably never heard of but, you most likely use everyday. Chances are, Ethic is in your business.
Their dedication doesn’t end at the 6:00pm whistle. Ethic is very active in leading and promoting a number of volunteer and non-profit organizations in their various communities. They have been a long time sponsor of the Dick Lane Velodrome and several developmental cycling teams, as well as, several ultimate Frisbee teams. Ethic spearheaded a partnership with Kaboom! to promote, fund and rebuild a much needed playground at Sumner Park in East Point. Being a part of a strong downtown community is also important to them, which is why Ethic has helped sponsor and market downtown events like the 4th of July, Destination East Point and much more. A community can only grow as well as the schools that help form it, which is why Ethic also proudly sponsors many events that take place at the Main Street Academy Charter School, such as the 10K run, the robotics team and more. For thirteen years, Ethic has been a proud partner of the Atlanta Community Food Bank as the creative backbone for their very successful Supper Club program.
Ethic is ready to take your brand to the next level!
