The Carnival is Coming to Town!

The East Point Main Street Association is bringing the Carnival to Downtown East Point! The Carnival will be bringing an old-fashioned carnival to town with classic carnival favorites like the Carousel, Ferris wheel, rides, games, concessions and more! Come out and have fun with your family and friends!

In the “Commons” area on Main Street across from the East Point MARTA station and beside the East Point Library.

Carnival Schedule

Wednesday, July 3rd – Sunday, July 7th: 5pm-11pm. Purchase $20 Wrist bands or individual tickets - available on site at the Carnival only.

Pricing

Unlimited Ride Wrist Bands will be available everyday but the 4th for $20.00. Individual ride tickets are sold for $1.00 per piece, and some rides may take up to 5 tickets. The carnival may also run specials as well, but none are currently confirmed. Check the carnival box office on site for more details.

NOTICE: On Monday, July 4th, East Point Street/Hwy 29 will be closed from 12noon – 1am from West Forrest Ave. down to West Cleveland Ave. Also, one lane of Main Street/Hwy 29 will be closed from West Cleveland Ave. up to Ware Ave. All lanes of Ware Ave. and West Cleveland Ave. from Main Street to Church Street will be closed as well from 9am – 1am. In addition, all lanes of Main Street/Hwy 29 will be closed from the intersections at Washington Road all the way up to West Forrest Ave. from 9:00pm – 10pm on the event day for the Fireworks Show. The pedestrian bridge will also be closed at this time.
