Spexcell - Training & Professional Development
Ava' Marie Montgomery, Owner
Located on Main Street, across from MARTA Train station, Spexcell opened its doors last Fall in the former Fulton County “Art at Work” location.
The owner, Ms. Ave’ Maria Montgomery, chose East Point because she liked the building layout and the close proximity to the train station for the convenience of the clients they serve.
Spexcell helps clients with personal and professional growth and development in addition to providing job placement services. Their motivational training style provides intrinsic training that goes beyond the 101 class of resume writing and interviewing skills. “We encourage and aid our clients in the process of shifting paradigms of what is possible for their future. That process serves as a catalyst for producing motivated, eager, dependable job seekers that transition back into the workforce and become great employees for businesses in the Atlanta area”, says Ms. Montgomery. “We train persons by referral from Georgia Department of Human Services. Additionally we provide specialized training for corporate, company, and organizational employees”.
Spexcell desires to contribute to East Point businesses and the community by training and making excellent employees available to become employed
and serve East Point customers with excellence.
A little known fact is that Ms. Montgomery provided motivational training to NASA’s engineers and Leadership Association members in Coco Beach, FL! A model of the space shuttle Discovery was presented to her from the team and is on display at the East Point Office.
